PROJECT SUMMARY
The Gold Rush Ranch Master-Planned Community is a proposed golf, resort and residential community comprising approximately 945 acres. It consists of the 833-acre Noble Ranch parcel and the 112-acre Allen Ranch parcel.

The Gold Rush Ranch Master-Planned Community has been designed as a sustainable community that will provide public benefits for the citizens of Sutter Creek as well as Amador County. Over 300 acres of conservation land and over 150 acres of recreational land are included in the Gold Rush Ranch Community to permanently ensure the conservation of existing oak and wooldlands and to retain the natural charactor of the site.
