 Welcome to the first issue of the Gold Rush Ranch and Golf Resort Newsletter. This
newsletter is our response to residents in town who have asked for more information
pertaining to the project. We hope to include a variety of features in each issue,
including general news, a schedule of upcoming events, a feature article and "Ask
Troy" (frequently asked questions about the project). If there are areas that you would

Cheese Social (a great chance to with meet all of us). Our Site Tours are by reservation
only, meeting on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month at 10:00A.M. at the
Sutter Creek Coffee Roasting Company. The Socials are held at the Gold Rush office in
Sutter Creek from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Our next social is scheduled for Thursday, September
