Protected Open Space
Over 300 acres of the Noble Ranch Master Plan Community have been set aside for permanent open space and conservation.

In addition to conservation lands, natural landscape zones for oak conservation are proposed between the golf course fairways and adjacent land uses.Preservation and dedication of significant areas of permanent open space conservation areas as described in the Master Plan.

An Oak Woodlands Program will reintroduce native oak tree seedlings from acorns gathered on site. Pursuant to discussions with the Amador County Recreation Association, nature trails and educational interpretive exhibits will be featured in the conservation lands.
