SUTTER CREEK LEADERS SUPPORT GOLD RUSH
Sutter Creek Fire Chief Butch Martin
"Gold Rush Ranch is critical to increasing Sutter Creek Volunteer Fire District staffing levels to make our citizens safer."
Mary Walser, Amador School Board
"We've worked with the Gold Rush project sponsors for years to ensure the project delivers more than its fair share of new funding to improve the educations of all Sutter Creek children."
Rollin Brown, Former Mayor of Sutter Creek,
"Gold Rush Ranch provides important benefits that will be essential to future generations of Sutter Creek residents."
"Thank You" to the hundreds of local neighbors who supported Gold Rush through many years of planning, city council approvals and a "yes" vote at the ballot box!
SUTTER CREEK VOTERS APPROVE GOLD RUSH RANCH!
Sutter Creek voters have upheld the City Council's and Planning Commission's approval of Gold Rush Ranch and Golf Resort. The election results have been reconfirmed following two hand recounts that were personally observed by project opponents Bart Weatherly and the Foothill Conservancy.

Voter turnout for the June election reached an uncharacteristically high 75%. The election caps a nine year planning and community outreach process by Gold Rush Ranch sponsors. Hundreds of local residents joined in the campaign by attending the many public meetings on the project, writing letters, talking to their neighbors and displaying lawn signs.

AN OPEN LETTER TO SUTTER CREEK FROM GOLD RUSH RANCH SPONSORS:

We would like to thank the entire Sutter Creek community for its active interest in Gold Rush Ranch and Golf Resort and for the opportunity to be a part of the long range planning process. We feel privileged to have the opportunity to build this project in Sutter Creek.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Sutter Creek City Council, the Planning Commissioners and local leaders like Fire Chief Butch Martin, School Board Member Mary Walser and the Sutter Creek Business and Professional Association and all those who contributed to Gold Rush Ranch over the years and on the campaign trail.

We certainly recognize that there were many who did not support the project at the ballot box. Regardless of how you may have voted on Measure N, we would like you to know that we remain committed to maintaining an open dialogue and a spirit of collaboration as we move forward with implementing the plan.

We look forward to continuing our strong working relationships with Sutter Creek neighbors and local leaders for many years to come. Please feel free to contact us at our office at 267-9017 with any comments or questions about Gold Rush Ranch.

Sincerely,

Troy Claveran
